Wage & Benefit Survey
The Champaign County Manufacturer’s Council expressed a need for local comparison data as a way to benchmark wages and benefit packages in order to retain and attract a qualified workforce for all businesses in Champaign County. Through the Champaign Economic Partnership, a regional approach was established by partnering with neighboring counties. The regional survey data includes Champaign, Clark, Logan, Madison and Union County businesses. This survey was made possible through the partnerships of Champaign Economic Partnership/Manufacturer’s Council, Expand Greater Springfield, Logan County Chamber of Commerce, Madison County Future Inc., Union County Marysville Economic Development, Gradwohl Consulting LLC and Ohio Means Jobs of Champaign, Clark, Logan, Madison and Union counties.
