CEP Testimonials
Here at Rittal, we produce thousands of wall-mount enclosures and cabinets daily with customers across North America. Our location in Urbana is within a few miles of I-70 and I-75, allowing us to reach 64% of the U.S. population and 50% of the Candadian population. |
Champaign County is a community that has excellent work and quality values that are reflected in the products they make. |
CEP gave significant assistance toward WEIDMANN obtaining a tax abatement which proviced a tax exemption. Without CEP's assistance, there was a strong possibility that adding a boiler facility worth $2.2 million, or adding a Cameron Slitter worth nearly $0.5 million would not have occurred. These 2 projects helped to increase the capacity at the WEIDMANN Urbana plant and allowed us to secure approval for adding 20 new FTEs to our headcount. We would not have been as successful, nor achieve the desired outcome without CEP's assistance. Also, the CEP was a vocal proponent for us at both the School Board Meeting and City Council meetings as well as meeting with the Dayton Coalition Partnership. The agency was fantastic, and Hannah is a great addition to the team.
- Mark Hunter, WEIDMANN
CEP was absolutely critical in helping me find an affordable and usable space that will allow me to get a jump start on my business and have a downtown presence. My ultimate goal is to open a storefront in the city. The CEP team is absolutely remarkable. They are knowledgeable and timely with their responses. |
Berry Digital Solutions needed a business presence #OnTheSquare for our customer base in Champaign County. The CEP took the initiative to make this happen. The agency went above and beyond to assist us in our search and thanks to their efforts, we are now able to service our clients #OnTheSquare! I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. We consider the CEP a crucial partner in our efforts in downtown Urbana. |
The CEP assisted us throughout the process of building a new medical building by educating us on programs that encourage or support our program, facilitating the EZ agreement and working with the city. The agency does a great job and helped to accelerate our project.
